5 Dinners in 1 hour!!!! Review

Ok so we all love eating healthy or at least trying to, and let's face it no one has the time to spend their lives in their kitchen! Well how about making five days worth of dinners in one hour!!!! I know I didn't think it could be done either :) I was so excited when Michelle at 5 dinners 1 hour gave me the opportunity to review her monthly menu! I love to cook but I don't want to waste time in the kitchen when I could be spending time with my family! So I put her to the test. I went through the menu and picked a week that I knew the recipes would be loved by all. Then I went through my pantry and looked to see what I would need to get at the store. To be quite honest it really wasn't much because I already had alot of what I needed. So I ran to the store got the last few things I needed.

I really wanted to put that hour to the test. So I timed the process :) I put everything I needed out on the counter and began. I picked week 4 which included these foods: Cheesy Ham & Potato Casserole, Slow Cooked Tortellini Stew, Shrimp Roll Ups, Easy Chicken Fajitas, and Steak with Horseradish Sauce. So I am sure you can understand my thinking when I really thought there was no way I was going to all 5 of these prepared in an hour, right? I was absolutely impressed!!! I went through preparing all 5 meals and it only took me 47mins start to finish! I was so shocked that I used the last 13 mins of my hour to have the family decide which of them they wanted to have for dinner :)

So in one hour I prepared five meals and had the boys make the decision of what they wanted to have for dinner:) Which was the Chessy Ham & Potato Casserole. All I can say is WOW! If only I had know about this years ago I think of all of the hours in the kitchen and/or the runs for fast food I could have avoided! Well now we all have the opportunity to have this!

Here is a little about Michelle and her blog... I have created a plan to cook all 5 dinners for the week in just ONE hour. All the menu plans have family friendly meals that feed 4-6 people and no, they are not all casseroles. :)
The meals are fresh, not frozen. They keep in your refrigerator until ready to heat and eat.
You can subscribe to my menus below. Each month you will recieve 4 weeks of menus so you can cook 5 dinners in ONE hour too! It's only $15.00 for a 3 month subscription. That is only $1.25 per menu!

*The only compensation I received was the menu for this review. These are 100% my opinions.
