Cinch! Losing Weight with Cynthia Sass! Review

The Holidays are over, we are two weeks into the new year and at the top of most of resolution lists is to lose the weight we put on over the holidays! Our Thoughts:
After reading this book I am sure we can take off the weight and not feel like it's another life changing event! Let's face it we try these diets and give up because we have to change too much of our daily lives! Well with this program there is no need for all of that! Cynthia will shows us what to eat, when to eat it, and it is adaptable to any lifestyle! I have already told family members about it who are going to try it with us. My hubby is starting the program on Monday so I will keep you updated as to how it works for him.
